HDFC ERGO Energy: health insurance for diabetes and high blood pressure
Energy (UIN HDFHLIP26048V052526) is for people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes (IFG or IGT) or high blood pressure. Those conditions and their complications are not part of the 24-month pre-existing disease wait. Other pre-existing diseases still wait 24 months. Room and ICU have no stated limit, it pays 30 days before and 60 days after a hospital stay, and restores your cover once a year.
