The three limits that matter
- Room: twin sharing room is paid without a co-payment. A higher room is an add-on, with a 20% to 30% co-payment on related costs if you go above your choice.
- Network: a flat 20% co-payment if you are treated outside the Rise tiered network. The No Co-Pay Network add-on removes it.
- Modern treatments: all 12 listed treatments are capped at ₹50,000 per claim. Modern Treatment+ removes the cap.
Bonus and refill
