Claims desk
Every health claim you are running for a customer, and what it needs next.
Services, then Claims.The claims screen
- At the top: claims opened, closed, the amount claimed, and the amount settled.
- Tabs: Open, Needs you, and Closed.
- The yellow box tells you when an insurer is waiting on you, or when documents are about to be deleted.
- Each card shows the customer, the illness or treatment, the amount, the insurer, the status, and how many days are left.
Start a claim
- Press New claim.
- Pick who the claim is for from your customers, or add a new person.
- Fill in the claim details and save.
Follow a claim
Open a claim to see where it is.- Where the claim is: a timeline from Claim opened to Documents received, Submitted to insurer, Claim under process, and Settled or rejected.
- Insurer queries: each round of questions from the insurer, and which are still open.
- Update the status as it moves: Docs in, Submitted, In process, Query, Settled or Rejected.
- WhatsApp and Call reach the customer in one press.
