WhatsApp messages
Ready-made messages, in the customer's language, sent from your own WhatsApp.
The message window.Where to find it
- Leads: the Draft message button on every lead card.
- Renewals: the ✍️ button on every card.
- Policies: the message icon on each row, for your customers.
Send a message
- Open the message window from one of the places above.
- Under What do you want to say?, pick a message: for example Follow up, Offer a free review, Say thank you or Festival greeting. For your customers' policies you also get Suggest an upgrade, Renewal reminder and Premium due, filled in with their insurer and dates.
- Choose the Message language: English, Hinglish or हिंदी.
- Read the message. You can change any word.
- Check the WhatsApp number, then press Send on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with the message ready, and you press send.
