Renewals
Policies your leads hold that are coming up for renewal, soonest first.
People, then Renewals.Renewals lists the policies you added to your leads' pages: the cover they already have with another insurer. A renewal is the best moment to offer something better, so this list tells you who to talk to and when.
How the list works
- Policies are grouped into Overdue, This week, This month and Later. Later is hidden until you press Show all.
- Each card shows the person, the type of policy, the insurer, the renewal date, how many days are left, and the premium.
- WhatsApp and the phone button reach them straight away. The ✍️ button drafts a message for you.
- Press Mark as spoken to once you have talked to them, so you know who is done.
